Memory is the bridge to our past and our future

Information for Kids and Teachers

Kids (teachers and parents, too)

We have listed sites that we think provide interesting information about the brain and how it acquires, stores and retrieves information. Some of these sources may be helpful for a homework assignment and some are just for fun.

Check out these Neurolinks to get started.

Teachers

The CNLM sponsors programs for both primary and secondary level students. Our public lecture series is presented at a level appropriate for advanced high school students and will provide them with an opportunity to learn about the workings of the brain from the world's leading neuroscientists. We also schedule tours of the CNLM facilities for students of all levels. To learn more about each of these programs, click on the "Public Lectures" or "Tours".

Kids, parents and teachers with other bright ideas about how the CNLM can interact with schools and students should call (949) 824-4275 or e-mail memory@uci.edu.
