Friends of the CNLM
The Friends of the Center for the Neurobiology of Learning and Memory is the Center's official support group. The purpose of the Friends group is to identify individuals in the community and university with a particular interest in learning and memory research and to establish an annual fund to be used for special projects, including:
- Laboratory tours for schools
- Lectures and seminars for the community
- Special equipment for faculty
- Summer internships for students
The benefits to members include:
NeuroBronze ($150)
-Guaranteed seats for two at UCI Distinguished Lecture Series
held at the Irvine Barclay Theatre
-Invitation for two to Friends Reception prior to public lectures
-Listing in the lecture program
NeuroSilver ($300)
-All of the above, plus:
-Invitation for two to "Evenings to Remember," a small-audience lecture series and discussion featuring our Center's faculty
NeuroGold ($500)
-All of the above, plus:
-Dedication of a brick on Memory Lane in the Center courtyard
NeuroPlatinum ($1000)
-All of the above, plus:
-Private lunch for two at the Herklotz Research Facility with a CNLM scientist
